General Appointment Policies

All appointments are to be booked online via the appropriate booking link.

Advance booking is recommended to ensure you secure your desired day and time.

All appointments require a 50% non refundable deposit.

Infill of foreign work is not permitted. Removal of foreign work is permitted once for new/first time clients.

No extra guests are permitted at your appointment unless discussed and approved beforehand. This includes family members, friends, children, and pets. Exceptions are made for disability, aged care support workers and support animals.
Late Arrivals/Cancellations/Rescheduling

Please be on time. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full fee still applicable.

48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Any deposits will be moved to your new appointment day and time as long as it is within 2 weeks.

Less than 48 hours' notice will mean deposits for are forfeited.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged the remaining amount of the service.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be blocked from making future bookings.

Repeated late arrivals or missed appointments may also result in being unable to book with me in the future.
Payments/Refunds/Satisfaction Guarantee

Cash Payments and Debit Card accepted.

I do not offer refunds, only repairs/removals. If you are unhappy with the service provided please let me know as soon as possible so I can rectify it for you. Once you leave the Glaze Nail Studio I will deem your service as completed.

A 1-week service guarantee is provided, covering the expected durability of the service. Please note, this guarantee does not cover issues arising from improper aftercare, misuse, or external factors beyond my control. In such cases, the guarantee may not apply.
