General Appointment Policies

All appointments must be booked online. Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time.

I do not accept bookings for people under the age of 16. If you are under 16 your appointment will be cancelled,

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

To maintain a calm, luxe experience, no additional guests are permitted at appointments unless discussed and approved beforehand. Exceptions apply for support workers, assistance animals, and accessibility needs.
Your First Appointment

Before your first appointment commences a Nail Consultation form needs to be filled out. This will be emailed two day prior to your appointment.

Infills on work completed by other nail technicians are not offered. Any existing product from another salon must be fully removed prior to your service.

If you have product on that is not the work of Glaze Nail Studio you must book Foreign Product removal when making your appointment to allow enough time for removal and application of new product.

Lateness, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be delivered. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full service fee still applicable.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within 14 days.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% the remaining balance of the booked service.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice may be restricted from future bookings.
Payments, Refunds, Service Guarantee & Nail Maintenance

Cash and card payments are accepted.

Refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues with your service, please let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange a repair or removal where appropriate. Once you leave Glaze Nail Studio, your service is considered complete.

A 5-day service guarantee is offered and covers normal wear and durability. This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by incorrect aftercare, accidental damage, or factors outside of my control.

After the 5-day period, any repairs will incur a fee of $5 per nail.

Please note that nail longevity varies from person to person and is influenced by lifestyle factors such as work, daily tasks, and how nails are treated between appointments. I am not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear outside of normal use.

Breakages or damage caused by the client are not repaired for free. Repairs are not offered on nails that are 2+ weeks old.
