Service Description
Build & Boost™ is Glaze's foundational treatment; a structured soft builder gel that sits directly over your natural nail, adding strength and support from the outside without adding length. It cures to a smooth, high-shine finish that grows out cleanly; no visible line, no awkward regrowth stage. If your nails have been breaking, peeling, or just refusing to behave, this is usually where we start. Every Build & Boost™ appointment includes: - Nail Health Check - E-File Russian Manicure - BUILD & BOOST™ Builder Gel from Twenty Pro - Tier 1 Nail Art Included - Hand Cleanse & Hot Towel Treatment - Take Home Nail Care Kit (new clients only) THIS IS THE RIGHT TREATMENT IF - Your natural nails break easily and you want structure without extensions - You prefer a clean, natural look that grows out beautifully - You're recovering from nail biting or general nail damage - You want something strong, lasting, and not too heavy Want more nail art? Upgrade your art tier when booking. Foreign product removal is charged at $30 if you have existing gel from another salon.
Cancellation Policy
General Appointment Policies All appointments must be booked online via the appropriate booking link. Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time. A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Infills on work completed by other nail technicians are not offered. Any existing product from another salon must be fully removed prior to your service. To maintain a calm, luxe experience, no additional guests are permitted at appointments unless discussed and approved beforehand. Exceptions apply for support workers, assistance animals, and accessibility needs. Lateness, Cancellations & Rescheduling Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be delivered. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full service fee still applicable. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if rebooked within 14 days. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged the remaining balance of the booked service. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice may be restricted from future bookings and may be charged 100% of the service fee. Payments, Refunds & Service Guarantee Cash and card payments are accepted. Refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues with your service, please let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange a repair or removal where appropriate. Once you leave Glaze Nail Studio, your service is considered complete. A 5-day service guarantee is provided, covering normal wear and durability of the service. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by improper aftercare, accidental damage, or factors outside of my control.
