Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is taken at the time of booking and comes off your service total on the day.

I completely understand that life happens, however I do have a strict policy:

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

• Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within 2 weeks

• Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may affect future bookings

I don’t offer refunds, but your satisfaction matters to me. If there’s an issue with your service, please contact me as soon as possible.

I offer a 1-week service guarantee on my work (conditions apply), which may include repairs or adjustments where appropriate.

Yes! I offer weekly payment nail memberships designed to keep your nails consistently maintained without the stress of paying a large amount upfront.

Membership options include builder/hard gel or soft gel extensions. Additional art and upgrades are charged separately.

• Wearing gloves when cleaning or using chemicals

Yes. Every appointment includes an assessment of your nail health. If you’d like a more in-depth consultation or have concerns, please mention it in your booking notes so I can allow extra time.

To keep the studio calm and focused, I don’t allow additional guests unless previously approved. Support workers are, of course, welcome.
