Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is taken at the time of booking and comes off your service total on the day.

I completely understand that life happens, however I do have a strict policy: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within 2 weeks Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may affect future bookings

To keep the studio calm and focused, I don’t allow additional guests unless previously approved. Support workers are, of course, welcome.
