General FAQs
They're different tools for different nail situations:
Build & Boost™ (soft builder gel/BIAB) — goes over your natural nail to add strength and support. Best for nails that break easily or are recovering from damage. HEMA-free.
Sculpt & Boost™ (hard builder gel) — similar to builder gel but harder and more rigid. Better for nails that need serious structure or clients who've found builder gel alone doesn't hold long enough.
Flex & Boost™ (vitamin gel) — a lighter, more flexible option that smooths and strengthens without the weight. Best for nails that are in reasonable health and just need a polished, lasting finish.
Soft gel extensions — full-cover tips for length. Applied with gel, flexible, and much lighter than acrylic.
Dual form extensions — harder, more structured extensions sculpted using precision dual forms. More resilient than soft tips.

Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee and may affect the ability to book in future.

A Russian Manicure is a dry, e-file technique for preparing the nail plate and cuticle area before gel application. Unlike a traditional wet manicure, it doesn't involve soaking, which means the nail plate stays dry and the gel bonds more cleanly and lasts longer.
Grace includes a Russian Manicure in every service because it's the foundation of long-lasting, clean results. The preparation is as important as the product. Getting the cuticle work right is what separates a set that lasts four weeks from one that lifts after two.
Most gel services last three to four weeks with proper aftercare. Extensions are typically refreshed at the same interval. How long your nails hold also depends on your lifestyle, how you care for them at home, and what your natural nail is doing underneath.
All services come with a 5-day service guarantee for normal wear.
Grace will give you a personalised aftercare brief at the end of your appointment. The general rules apply to most clients:
Apply cuticle oil daily; morning and evening if you can
Wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, or handling chemicals
Never pick, peel, or force product off; it damages the nail plate underneath
Contact Grace if you notice lifting, discomfort, or any concerns before your next appointment
Healthy nails are a partnership, what happens between appointments matters as much as what happens in the chair.
