All memberships are paid in advance before your very first appointment. This means your first booking will be scheduled 4 weeks from the date you join.​​​In simple terms: when you sign up today, your membership officially starts today, your payment is processed today, and your first appointment will take place in 4 weeks’ time. From then on, your membership cycle continues every 4 weeks.​This ensures everything is smooth, fair, and consistent — so you can enjoy your regular appointments without ever missing out.

Glaze Nail Studio Subscription Terms & Conditions 1. Subscription Overview 
By subscribing to Glaze Nail Studio’s nail services subscription, you agree to pay a weekly fee in exchange for regular nail appointments, as outlined in your chosen plan. 2. Available Plans & Pricing * Gel Extensions Soak Off + New Set: $22.99 per week * Builder/Hard Gel Infill with Full Rebalance: $16.99 per week 
All subscriptions include Basic Tier One Nail Art. Additional nail art can be purchased at your appointment. 3. Payment * Payments are processed automatically on a weekly basis. * Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the client or the studio. * Failure to make payments may result in suspension of your subscription benefits. 4. Booking & Priority * Subscribers receive priority booking and guaranteed monthly appointments. * Appointments must be scheduled in advance to secure your slot. * If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. 5. Cancellation & Changes * You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying Glaze Nail Studio. * Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. * Refunds for missed or unused appointments are not provided. 6. Additional Services & Charges * Any additional services, upgrades, or extra nail art beyond the included Basic Tier One Nail Art are billed separately. 7. Studio Rights * Glaze Nail Studio reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with notice to subscribers. * The studio reserves the right to cancel subscriptions for non-compliance with these terms. 8. Health & Safety * Clients must inform the studio of any nail or skin conditions that may affect treatment. * Glaze Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service if treatments may compromise client safety. 9. Liability * Glaze Nail Studio is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects from nail products if the client fails to disclose relevant information.
