Builder Gel or Hard Gel infill (Foreign work infills not permitted) Price includes: - E-File Russian Manicure - Infill and Rebalance of Soft Builder Gel or Hard Builder Gel - Tier One Minimalist Art: Simple Dots, Simple Lines, Accent Nails - Hot Towel Treatment A nail infill (also called a refill or backfill) is a maintenance service for gel nails. As your natural nails grow, a gap appears between your cuticle and the artificial product. An infill fills in that gap with new product, blends it seamlessly, and refreshes the shape. Infills are usually done every 3 - 4 weeks to keep nails looking fresh and to prevent lifting or breakage.
Cancellation Policy
General Appointment Policies All appointments must be booked online via the appropriate booking link. Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Infills on work completed by other nail technicians are not offered. Any existing product from another salon must be fully removed prior to your service. To maintain a calm, luxe experience, no additional guests are permitted at appointments unless discussed and approved beforehand. Exceptions apply for support workers, assistance animals, and accessibility needs. ​ Lateness, Cancellations & Rescheduling Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be delivered. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full service fee still applicable. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if rebooked within 14 days. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged the remaining balance of the booked service. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice may be restricted from future bookings and may be charged 100% of the service fee. ​ Payments, Refunds & Service Guarantee Cash and card payments are accepted. Refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues with your service, please let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange a repair or removal where appropriate. Once you leave Glaze Nail Studio, your service is considered complete. A 5-day service guarantee is provided, covering normal wear and durability of the service. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by improper aftercare, accidental damage, or factors outside of my control.
