Service Description
IBX is a professional in-salon treatment that works at two levels of the nail. Repair targets the surface; filling pits, smoothing ridges, and addressing damage on nails that are thin, flaking, or compromised. Strengthen goes deeper, penetrating through to the free edge and bonding within the nail layers to rebuild integrity from the inside out. Used together or individually, IBX is the most effective in-salon treatment for nails recovering from previous damage, over-filing, or product that's been removed incorrectly. It's not a cover-up; it's a genuine repair to the nail plate itself. Booked as a standalone treatment for clients focused on rebuilding nail health. HOW IT WORKS Assessment - Grace will look at your nail plate and determine whether Repair, Strengthen, or both are right for you. IBX Repair (if needed) - Applied to the surface layer to fill pits, smooth ridges, and address visible damage. Always applied before Strengthen on compromised nails. IBX Strengthen - Penetrates through to the free edge, bonding within the nail layers to rebuild strength and resilience. THIS TREATMENT IS FOR YOU IF - Your nails peel, split, or flake; especially at the free edge - Your nail surface has visible pitting, ridging, or unevenness - Your nails feel thin or fragile after removing acrylic or gel - You're rebuilding nail health between full services - You want long-term improvement, not just a temporary fix
Cancellation Policy
General Appointment Policies All appointments must be booked online via the appropriate booking link. Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time. A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Infills on work completed by other nail technicians are not offered. Any existing product from another salon must be fully removed prior to your service. To maintain a calm, luxe experience, no additional guests are permitted at appointments unless discussed and approved beforehand. Exceptions apply for support workers, assistance animals, and accessibility needs. ​ Lateness, Cancellations & Rescheduling Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be delivered. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the full service fee still applicable. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if rebooked within 14 days. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged the remaining balance of the booked service. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any notice may be restricted from future bookings and may be charged 100% of the service fee. ​ Payments, Refunds & Service Guarantee Cash and card payments are accepted. Refunds are not offered. If you experience any issues with your service, please let me know as soon as possible so I can arrange a repair or removal where appropriate. Once you leave Glaze Nail Studio, your service is considered complete. A 5-day service guarantee is provided, covering normal wear and durability of the service. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by improper aftercare, accidental damage, or factors outside of my control.
